Sharon was extremely welcoming and helpful in our journey to find a house. She made finding a home a easy experience and held our hands the whole way! Sharon is an amazing, knowledgeable and professional realtor. This was my first home purchase. She didn't hesitate to call me first when I was pre-approved for my VA loan. She advocated for me when the owner tried to raise the price after we had already agreed on the purchase price. She used her connections to help me get the house painted and ready for move in date and even picked my mom up and took her to the closing to meet me. She also helped my brother purchase his first home.. I can still call her for advice on any needs of my home. She is great realtor and awesome person. Sharon with Exit Realty is the absolute best realtor that my husband and I have ever worked with! We needed to relocate from Michigan to Georgia. My husband and I came to Georgia with only a week to shop for a home. With Sharon experience and expertise she made the whole process a breeze. We left going back to Michigan with a house under contract. She helped us find a home that met all of our needs and far exceeded our expectations. Working with Sharon on the purchase of my very first home was truly one for the books. We had been through 4 realtors and in a crazy market she instantly met us with excellent service and showed us listings that far exceeded our expectations. I have worked closely with Aretha Langley and I highly HIGHLY suggest going with her. She has been amazing thru the first time buying process and is on top of everything from the calls to the emails and getting things to move swiftly so we could close on time.
